Dr. Ferebee has over 20 years experience in education. Fifteen of those years has been in leadership. During her tenure as principal, she has successful increased student achievement and turned around low performing schools. Dr. Ferebee currently provides leadership support and coaching to aspiring and experienced leaders. Her expertise is Data Driven Decision Making, her proven leadership framework is designed assist with developing and implementing systems and process to improve student outcomes. Using her framework, organizations have had significant overall improvements. Her coaching program is designed to empower leaders with the skills and strategies to build positive relationships, impact performance, build employee capacity, and develop a new mindset.
